Wow, can you believe that 2021 is over? Unbelievable. This year has gone by so fast. I haven’t written a blog in such a long time. So many things have changed this year. For starters, both me and my husband resigned from our jobs. It was time. Time to move on. Time to start over. Time for bigger and better things. We have been truly blessed this year. My husband started at a new company in July and I can now finally focus on rebounding full time. We also had to pack up our house in Potchefstroom and moved to Pretoria. As I’ve said…we had big changes this year, but the year has been good to us.

While most families were hit by Covid-19 this year, I can say, with a tear in my eye, that my close family members were spared from this awful virus this year. We have been really lucky and blessed as I know people close to me who have lost more than one loved one due to the virus over the past two years.

During all the craziness of handing your job over to someone else to packing up all your stuff and unpacking it again, I’ve made it my mission to stay on a healthy path this year. I’ve been focusing very hard on my technique and skills over the past few months and feel much healthier and fitter than ever before.

One thing that definitely helped me staying on the right road, was Lisa Raleigh‘s free online rebounding classes. This ensured that I could do a lot of classes on a weekly basis and had no excuses as it was free and they have so many classes throughout the day. By the way, these classes are still free online until the end of January 2022. Absolutely amazing!

I’m very excited about 2022. If this was what 2021 had to offer, I really can’t wait. In the new year I will be bringing you a lot of new stuff, so watch this space. I have a lot of ideas and can’t wait to start working on it.

Here’s to a happy, healthy and fitter 2022 to each and every one of you. Bring it on!

Healthy greetings,

Nadine
