Congratulations! You have decided that you would like to give rebounding a go and I promise you will not be disappointed. I would suggest that when you do start with this new form of exercise, that you start off with a few quick 5 minute sessions. Believe me – 5 minutes seem short – until you are on a rebounder. First try this 5 minute class a few times just so that your body can get used to this type of exercise. You can even do more than one session a day, let’s say in the morning and in the late afternoon.

Lisa Raleigh has a lot of short video’s on YouTube available and by doing this you will quickly learn what to do and what not to do. You will fall in love with this exercise and will definitely soon be heading over to her website to buy more downloads.
