Congratulations! You have decided that you would like to give rebounding a go and I promise you will not be disappointed. I would suggest that when you do start with this new form of exercise, that you start off with a few quick 5 minute sessions. Believe me – 5 minutes seem short – until you are on a rebounder. First try this 5 minute class a few times just so that your body can get used to this type of exercise. You can even do more than one session a day, let’s say in the morning and in the late afternoon.

Lisa Raleigh has a lot of short video’s on YouTube available and by doing this you will quickly learn what to do and what not to do.
